    Very good

Good service and food, excellent helpful receptionist, comfortable room and bed. Good security, well located hotel for our purpose with ample car parking.

Bedroom had cobwebs and bathroom was below standard and slightly dated.

    Superb

We were all impressed with the interior of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the attentiveness of the staff, the wonderful meal we had in the hotel restaurant, which was far superior to a certain restaurant in the centre of limerick, and the friendliness of the Irish people, which made our stay extra special. As the trip was to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday we were very pleased with every thing and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

    Superb

I like location as I was heading to Kerry next day, easy ascess to Galway also. Ambience in hotel calm and pleasant, receptionist appropriately helpful. The steam room, sauna and swimming pool area clean and great addition to our stay. Bedrooms comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Would have like more comfortable chair in bedroom

    Superb

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of initial problems in the room which they took care of immediatly. The room was comfortable, the hotel well located for my purposes. I had a lovely view of their new garden and fountain area. Very nice. I enjoyed the pool and spa very much....it was a great way to spend a rainy weekend.

It would have been nice to have a luggage trolley available, but staff was able to help with luggage.

    Fabulous

Location convenient to gaa grounds which was the primary reason for stay. Staff at reception and restaurant were excellent.

Car park grounds were under refurbishment during our stay, hence a lot of dust etc

    Superb

Everything about the hotel was as I have indicated- very good and I would happily recommend a stay to anyone. We are from West Australia and found the staff to be very welcoming.

    Fabulous

Enjoyable stay and good size rooms.

We wasn't made aware that building work was ongoing at the hotel.

    Fabulous

Room was great, ideal for the sporting event we were attending, room was cleaned evey day during our 4 day stay. The only drawbacks I would say were the food in the hotel was way over priced and reception staff never came accross as being friendly, dont get me wrong we never spoke to them much but we were in and out of reception heading up and down on the lift and were never greeted in anyway. Also when checking out I was told everything was fine and the phone rang and was then answered I was ignored then and not even asked how was your stay or by by, thought that was a bit cheaky as had the week before stayed in Galway and the hotel staff there were very friendly and this hotel does advertise as a family friendly hotel, hope this helps

    Very good

I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful Downstairs was nice enough but the bedrooms really do need work done to them. It was clean and comfortably but bathroom was grubby. As I was only there for one night it was fine but thought it a bit pricey considering the standard.

It probably needs a bit of renovation and updating.

    Exceptional

We were there for a family occasion and the welcome we received and the manner in which we were looked after was extremely professional. The food was excellent, served by wonderful friendly staff and everything went off without a hitch. A big thankyou to the management and staff.

Friendly welcome and all through our stay.Excellent food menu.

Not a complaint but a recommendation. Please, slip mat required in bath , more coat hangers as only two in our bedroom.Would have liked the chance to use The Carvery in the evening.

    Very good

The hotel was realy good and most of the staff were extremly helpful and attentive, especially the bistro staff we had during the first 3 nights at the hotel, they liked to be friendly, had a joke each night and went out of their way to make us feel at home, it was a wonderful stay.
