While this hotel is an old long established hotel in limerick it has been maintained and modernized with the limitations that old design has permitted. That said the manager and the guy who looked after us at breakfast were 200% dedicated to our needs and comfort the staff on reception were also excelent.
The reception staff were warm and welcoming. I was travelling with a 6 mth old baby and was put on the ground floor which was a god send not having to take stairs or lift. was even offered a cot didnt have to request one. top marks.evening meal was lovely. served hot and fast.
Breakfast was a bit hap hazzard due to lack of staff.
Very convenient location - excellent breakfast and bar food - room very comfortable - very helpful staff
The staff were friendly. the location suited the purpose of my visit which was business related and the pool filled in some time in the evening. Ideal for a work trip
The staff are very friendly and attentive. Although I arrived early they found me a room and gave great service all week. The food in the bar and restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The only draw back is It is a fairly long walk into town and Taxis are quite expensive. A shuttle service into town during events such as the rugby would be a good idea.
Staff were very helpful to a first time visitor to ireland
The staff were extremely friendly. Bar food was a little disappointing. The rooms were very clean though the bathrooms could do with a facelift. Also we had a family room for 4 but only had 3 cups and no extra pillows. The pool times for children for the days we were there were disappointing, no kids in the pool after 6pm?? we only arrived at 5.30pm. These times should be on the internet to avoid very disappointed children and frustrated parents.
The hotel was very nice. Ideal for a family break
The hotel was clean, warm and the staff friendly and efficient.
I was not offered help with my luggage on checking in. I had to climb 2 flights of stairs. There was a lift in the premises, but reception informed me in reply to my query that it did not really service my room (162).
Great venue and atmosphere for Leinster rugby supporters
close to Thomand park, good atmosphere, big triple roo, nice pool jacuzzi etc
room smelt a bit smokey
No hot food after 09:30pm, sandwiches only served in your room.
Originally booked for just 1 night, our plans changed and after sending an email request, it was no problem showing up 3 days early. Very friendly staff.
Got a little loud after a sporting event, but by midnight was quieted down.
It was very child friendly had good entertainment and great leisure facilities.
Every thing was great but we had to wait a long time for food as it was quiet busy.
Tell staff were excellent and very helpful!!
The breakfast was very average.
